Goal
To awaken children’s creativity, problem solving skills and higher order thinking skills
To enhance children’s interest in academic curriculum and support them in gaps from school
To strengthen children’s communication skills with a focus on reading and writing with meaning
Program Method
The goals get translated in the year long, leveled, multi-disciplinary program. These programs hone their communicative and thinking skills, as well as exposure to the world through excursions, field trips, competitions etc. The process is designed through inquiry units modeled on the Teaching for Understanding Framework and incorporating best practice application of Multiple Intelligence theory. Children develop an identity, explore the self, begin to think in different ways, ask good questions, get organized, assume more responsibility and discover personal leadership.
