Our Work
INITIATIVES POWERED BY AURA
AURA offers in-depth and long-term programs for children, youth, and teachers. These programs progressively guide participants through 4 key stages: cultivating creativity (SARJAN), building authentic connections (SAMVAD), developing leadership (SAMBHAV), and fostering collaboration and compassion (SARAI).

APPROACH AND METHOD
AURA redefines learning with Social Emotional Learning (SEL) using the CASEL Model.
Social emotional learning (SEL) is an integral part of education and human development.
With SEL, AURA empowers children, youth and educators by imparting the knowledge, skills and attitudes to manage their emotions and develop healthy identities.
The process begins by developing self-awareness of one’s thoughts, beliefs and feelings through experiential learning. Then, by building emotional regulation skills, one is able to manage themselves and their relationships better, enabling them to make better decisions.

- Become aware of their emotions, thoughts, and strengths and identify scope for growth and improvement
- Understand the impact emotions create on one’s physical and mental well-being

ADOLESCENTS -
SAMVAD

- Deepen their self-awareness by recognising their personal beliefs and values
- Enable them to understand their emotions, manage them and share their experiences with others
- Enlighten them on the difference between social identity and personal identity so that they can integrate into the society while maintaining their uniqueness

YOUTH-
SAMBHAV
YOUTH - SAMBHAV
Self-Leadership and Social Responsibility Youth ages 18-28
SAMBHAV, the pivotal program aimed to nurture our youth so that they can become compassionate individualS and self-motivated leaders, is an attempt toward a more inclusive, hate-free and peaceful world.
We believe in the untapped, abundant potential in our youth, and how, with the right support and backing, they could bring forth a revolution.
APPROACH :
The key to transforming our youth is rooted in how we teach them to deepen their relationships, and SAMBHAV participants are encouraged to do just that in the following ways:
- Exploring their Relationship with SELF
- Weighing their Relationship with OTHERS
- Examining their Relationship with SOCIETY
